This workbook started out as a one page "Like and Dislikes" when Angelica was in the hospital. I couldn't visit because of the Corona Virus and I needed a way to let the nurses know what her likes and dislikes are and how she commnicated pain, being non-verbal.
Now, this workbook contains pages of info that would need to be shared by anyone who has a caregiver of any kind, not just those with special needs. It works for anyone getting services at home, in a nursing home, group home, going to camp, etc. It can even be used for those in school to share with teachers and for busy caregivers to have all important info in one place. I used to have papers all over the place when having to visit various doctors. The workbook is great and easy to carry along to appointments.
When you purchace the E-book I suggest you have it printed and placed in a thin binder. The great thing about the electronic copy is that it is easy to update information, as needed.
