Being a mom has its stressful moments

Self care...when?

It’s so easy to get caught up with the kids, work, the house, business or other family and friends and it just never happens.

Schedule out some “Me TIme” weekly for whatever it is you enjoy: reading, working out, meditating, or simply a bubble bath.

Put it on your calendar and set a time.

I find it very important to prioritize time for yourself. In order to be there for others you need to have enough “umph” stored up yourself.
